The new Schuberth E2 Explorer helmet is a further development of the Schuberth E1 and has the CE 22.06 standard and the double P/J approval, allowing it to be used in both the open and closed position.

For your protection Schuberth relies on a carbon fibre reinforced outer shell, and for comfort, as with all the German brand's models, the helmet is equipped with a seamless high-end interior for greater comfort, a new ventilation system, the enduro type visor is removable and of course top quality soundproofing compatible with the Schuberth SC2 communication system.

Material:

• The outer shell is made of fibreglass reinforced with carbon fibre using the DFP (Direct Fibre Processing) method, which guarantees a helmet that is both strong and lightweight.
• The outer shell is available in 2 sizes to limit the volume and weight of the helmet depending on the size.

Safety:

• The inner shell is made of EPS foams to ensure optimal energy absorption during an impact.

Aerodynamics:

• The helmet has been developed in a wind tunnel to guarantee a helmet with good stability, good air penetration to relieve neck strain and above all to optimise soundproofing.
• Aerodynamic spoiler to effectively stabilise the helmet.

Chin strap:

• The chinrest can be opened to 90º.
• Easy opening thanks to the button on the bottom of the chin bar, even with thick winter gloves.
• The locking system is reinforced with fibreglass for better durability and protection.

Interior:

• The seamless interior is fully removable and washable in anti-bacterial, quick-drying Coolmax® fabric.
• The new rear neck guard provides perfect sound insulation.
• Individual Concept: The interior can be modified by choosing the thickness of the cheeks and the headgear only for sizes M, L or XL.
• Passage for spectacle wearers.
• New positioning of the chin strap to improve comfort in the throat area with anti-tilt system (A.R.O.S).

Visors:

• The clear visor optical class 1 has a wide field of vision with anti-scratch treatment and is pre-disposed to receive a Pinlock which is sold with the helmet.
• The outer visor has a quick and easy removal system and is equipped with the patented memory opening and closing mechanism, which allows you to have your visor half open and then open and close the chin strap so that the visor remains in the same position without having to manipulate it once again to return it to the half open position.
• The inner smoke shield is easy to handle, scratch resistant and has a "city" position which positions the shield so that it does not obstruct the field of vision.

Ventilation:

• The chinrest is equipped with a double adjustable air inlet.
• A large air inlet on the upper part of the helmet and a double rear extractor integrated in the aerodynamic spoiler for optimal air circulation throughout the helmet.
• Channels integrated into the EPS shell for even ventilation throughout the helmet.

Other features:

• The motocross/enduro visor is easily removable without tools and can be easily adjusted in height.
• The Schuberth C5 is pre-equipped for the optional SC2 communication system.

Chinstrap:

• Micrometric buckle closure with anti-roll off system (A.R.O.S).

Accessories:

• Sold with its carrying case and bib.
• Pinlock 120 sold with the helmet and already mounted on the screen.

Approval:

• Modular motorbike helmet CE approved ECE 22.06 P/J.
