I've worn alot of modular helmets over the years and this is by far the best bang for your buck. As with any modular, you will have some wind noise at speed, and this helmet is no exception. However, it is much quieter than others that I have worn. You will notice the helmet fits tighter with the chin bar in the forward position as it squeezes your face. Not in an uncomfortable way, but you will notice the difference. I usually wear a size Large in other helmets, and found that Large in this model fit me true to size. The flip back chin bar has got to be the best feature. Leave forward in the cold/rain or traveling at high speed (wind noise). Put it back when you want to feel the air and sun on your face or cruising around town. Drop down sun visor is without question one of the best I have ever experienced. It goes down far enough that you dont have to adjust your head downwards to block out the sun. Field of view with both the clear main visor as well as the drop down sun visor is very good. One thing that was a bit of a surprise that is not listed in the item description, it GLOWS IN THE DARK!!! The white stripe decals are luminicent and glow green for a short time after going from strong light to darkness (i.e. dark tunnel). Overall a very good helmet for the price. Highly recommend to give it a try.
