Long live Evolution! Under this motto we have continued to develop our ZEGA pannier systems, and so the name of our latest aluminium case was clear from the very start.

The ZEGA Evo combines robustness proven thousands of times over with extra convenient handling, partly thanks to a completely new mounting system.

Like all the Touratech aluminium panniers made before it, the ZEGA Evo was not developed as a stand-alone product, but was designed from the outset to be part of a complete luggage system.

Its outstanding practical benefits are the result of the unique combination of an elegant yet indestructible pannier, an ingenious mounting mechanism and a sturdy 18 mm stainless steel tube rack.

Matching inner bags and practical accessory holders round off the luggage system (available as options).

The ZEGA Evo offers even simpler mounting with an absolutely secure hold, even in demanding off-road conditions.

The result is an exceptional user experience in which optimum ergonomics and comfort are in no way compromised, while maintaining a high level of reliability.

The new lid closures have been designed to keep the popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely.

The lid and base of the pannier are made using a modern deep-drawing process, which eliminates the need for unsightly welds.

The solid connection between the outer shell and the base is secured with special, high-quality, waterproof rivets.

The lid features a tongue-and-groove profile with an integrated silicone seal that guarantees a watertight closure. In addition, the newly developed ventilation system relieves the pressure inside the pannier when altitude changes.

This means you can open a pannier you closed in the valley even on the highest mountain pass of your route.

Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is made from 1.5 mm thick aluminium, ensuring durability and strength.

Together, these features make the ZEGA Evo a highly practical, easy-to-use solution designed to withstand the demands of adventure motorcyclists in any environment, whether in the city or off-road.

The ZEGA Evo panniers already come with practical accessory fixing pins. This means you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without drilling holes in your new pannier.

As in previous versions, the proven lashing eyes are fitted as standard on the lid, so you can securely fasten lid bags or other items to your ZEGA Evo.

The pannier is easy to carry thanks to its carrying handle.

Whether in silver or black anodised finish, the new ZEGA Evo again sets the design standard among premium luggage solutions.

The redesigned, rounded plastic corners are not just a decorative element.

In the event of an accident, they protect both the pannier and the rider from injury.

The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely new mounting system that combines easy handling with a secure hold.

Your pannier stays firmly attached to your motorcycle even under very high forces.

Fitting is extremely simple, the locking mechanism is fitted with a safety catch that is active even when not locked with a key, and it is child's play to operate even with the thickest gloves.

Simply slide the hooks over the rack and push the tension lever down until it clicks into place. The pannier can additionally be secured against theft with a lock on the rack.

To remove it, simply pull the tension lever and lift the pannier off the rack.

The mechanism also works under demanding conditions: dirt, sand, mud, etc.

Our racks are made from 18 mm round stainless steel tube and guarantee extremely high stability, even off the beaten track.

An additional cross brace provides extra stability, which also makes the pannier system suitable for tough off-road use.
