When can I return a product?

  • Return for exchange or refund: As a customer martimotos.com, you are free to return any product, without any justification, within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

  • Return for service: Whether or not you have purchased your product on martimotos.com, we are committed to responding to all requests for service, insofar as the mark of the product concerned is partner martimotos.com (list of partner brands HERE: Marks).

If the product was purchased on martimotos.com, use the return form HERE directly: Make a return request.

How to return a product ?

To return a product, simply:

  • Go to your customer area (My account), and click on "Make a return request"
  • Then select the order concerned by this return, then the product (s) you want to return.
  • Indicate from the drop-down menu the reason for your return, and in the case of an exchange of size, model, or return for service, specify us the size / model desired in exchange, or the problem related to your product.

Note: In case you have ordered a product that does not give you complete satisfaction, you can return it to us and choose one of the following 3 options:

  • Product exchange
  • Have value of the product
  • Refund of the product

In any case, your request will be processed within 72 hours (business days) of registration.

Martimotos is not responsible if the size chosen by the user is not the right one, even following the size guides, as they are there to guide and not to guarantee an exact size.

Once the return request has been accepted by our customer service department, please return the package to the following address:

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️

The customer must protect the item for the transport and do not put some adhesive on the original box of the product. Martimotos reserves the right to not refund the entire amount paid in case of non-respect of this point.

Return costs

  • The costs of returning one (or more) product(s) from the customer to Martimotos are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The cost of returning one (or more) product(s) from Martimotos to the customer is FREE (paid by Martimotos).
  • You can also come in person to one of our stores in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Andorra to return a product. No additional costs will be charged.
  • In the event of an error on the part of Martimotos concerning the product(s) delivered, the cost of returning the customer to Martimotos will be borne by Martimotos.
